Phyllis (Chiavelli) Iacobucci

Phyllis Iacobucci of Manahawkin, NJ died February 28, 2017 at the age of 95. Born in the Bronx on June 27, 1921, she was one of 16 children born to Angelo and Elena Spano Chiavelli.

She was married to Alfred Iacobucci (Red)  who predeceased her in 1976.

Phyllis is survived by her daughter Mary Jane Centi (Louis Centi, Jr.) of Hawthorne, NY and her son Fred (Helen) Iacobucci of Manahawkin, NJ. She is also survived by her grandchildren Dawn Frye, Melanie Avignone and John Paul Iacobucci as well as her great grandchildren Arthur Frye, II and Ashley Gameiro and her great, great granddaughter Sophia Gameiro. Also surviving are 2 brothers and 2 sisters and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be at Coffey Funeral Home on Friday from 4PM to 8 PM. Her Funeral Mass will be at the Queen of Peace Chapel at Gate of Heaven Cemetery where entombment will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Dementia Society of America, P.O. Box 600, Doylestown, PA 18901, www.dementiasociety.org. would be appreciated.
