Philip J. McEnerney

Philip J. McEnerney, born August 27, 1949, in Bronx, NY, son of Marjorie Noonan and Philip J. McEnerney died July 18, 2016.   Phil grew up in Mt. Vernon, NY and had been a Tarrytown resident since 1979.  Phil's first career was selling office supplies, and after earning a Masters Degree in Public Administration he started a second career at the a Town of Greenburgh, retiring in 2012. Phil is survived by his wife Marian (Cissie) Meyerherm, step children Dennis Tucci and Donna Tucci Lucenti (Michael), grandson Dante, and three brothers, Jim, Charles and Michael Quigley.

Visitation will be at Coffey Funeral Home on Thursday from 4 PM to 8PM. No other services are planned. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to your local animal shelter, your local hospice program or the American Diabetes Association.
