i was only a classmate of yours in middle school, but your death has remained with me, even all these years later. i remember how kind and funny and spirited you were. i remember how shaken everyone at sleepy was when we were told you ended your life, even though you hadn't been a classmate of ours for two years. your death has stuck with me, even almost seven years later. my thoughts are with your family, especially your two little brothers. i hung out with them a few times through mutual friends when i was much younger, i know they admired you. i don't know if it would mean much to you, but you haven't been forgotten, not even by those who didn't know you well. i hope you're somewhere happier.

Dear Jen and Jason, We are so profoundly saddened by the news of Owen's passing. My brother Eric passed on the same Monday two years ago in a swift manner too. Our hearts are heavy with the pain you are suffering of losing your beautiful son at such an early age. My your faith and love carry you through this time and remember that we have to carry on. Owen is still with you and the boys and will be watching out for you. I read this and wanted to share:
