Velda L. Collymore, of White Plains and formerly of Tarrytown, died October 19, 2021. She was 82.
Mrs. Collymore was born on Feb. 22, 1939 to Conrad and Miriam Parris Rawlins in Barbados. She worked for many years as a Claims Adjustors Asst. at Chubb Insurance.
She is survived by her 5 children: Vere Rawlins, Victor Rawlins, Henderson Collymore, Sonia Collymore Perser, and Terry Collymore. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren and her great grandson.
Visitation will be held from 9:30-11AM on Tuesday at Coffey Funeral Home in Tarrytown where Funeral Services will follow at 11AM with The Reverend Gareth Evans officiating. Interment to follow at White Plains Rural Cemetery.
