Theresa E. Curi, of Tarrytown, died March 31, 2024 at the age of 71. Born in Lebanon on July 17, 1952, she was the daughter of Edmond and Alice (Awitt) Curi. She came to the United States with her family when she was a teenager. She graduated from Sleepy Hollow High School and went on to become a beloved member of the community.  

Theresa had an unconditional love for her family and friends. She always went out of her way to help anyone who needed her and to make sure everyone was happy. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Theresa is survived by her loving son Elias and his wife Liza Chahine as well as her grandchildren Ari and Laila Chahine. She is also survived by her siblings Diana Abboud, Fautine El-Kari and Charbel Curi. She was predeceased by her brother Assaf Curi.

Visitation will be at Coffey Funeral Home on Friday April 5th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon when Funeral Services with Rev. Dany Abi Akar will begin. Interment in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery will follow immediately.
