Robert L. Citarell

Robert L. Citarell passed away on April 26, 2019. The son of Louis and Grace Citarell of New York and Yonkers he was born and raised in the Bronx, NY. A graduate of Stuyvesant High School and Manhattan College, a retired U.S. Air Force Captain, he served as a pilot in Strategic Air Command. His business career was spent in management positions with Trans World and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. He served as a member and President of the Irvington Board of Education, as a member of the Environmental Conservation Board and as a lector at Immaculate Conception Church. He was also a past member of the Ardsley Curling Club.

Bob is survived by his wife June Ann (Rudick) Citarell, three sons; Robert Jr., William (Beth) and Paul (Amy), five grandchildren; Marissa, Samantha, Molly, Jack and Abigail and his sister Dorothy Ann Casey.

Visitation will be at Coffey Funeral Home on Tuesday from 4PM to 6PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday at 9:30 at Our Lady of Pompeii Church in Dobbs Ferry followed by entombment in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery with Military Honors.
