Richard Moore, a lifelong resident of Sleepy Hollow died July 19, 2025 at the age of 59. Richard was born in White Plains on July 7, 1966 and was the son of the late Michael F. and Josephine (Pace) Moore. He was a graduate of Sleepy Hollow High School, Class of 1984 and went on to earn a BA from Pace University.
He was a parishioner of Immaculate Conception Church where he had worked at the annual bazaar for many years. He had been an avid bowler in a league with friends and he was also known as quite an accomplished pool player.
Richard will be remembered for kind and friendly nature which will be missed by family and friends.
He is survived by his loving sister, Lisa; his aunt Terry (Wayne) Collins and several loving cousins.
Visitation will be at Coffey Funeral Home on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. His Funeral Mass will be Thursday at 10:00 at St. John Paul, II Church followed by interment in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
