Patsy R. Tourigny passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on November 5, 2025, in Palm City, Florida. She was 88.

Patsy was born on January 25, 1937 in her beloved Blountstown, Florida. Patsy was very proud of her southern roots. Patsy loved spending time with family and friends. She loved to travel and did so extensively. She spent many summer vacations at Panama City Beach, Florida and at Baker’s Acres campground in Tuckerton, NJ. Patsy also enjoyed going on cruises with her friends from the ‘Westchester Club’, many of whom she had known since high school. She loved feeding carrots to the rabbits that came to her porch each day and tending to her plants.

Patsy is survived by her daughters, Barbara DePaolo (Charles), Regina Jones (Christopher) and Amy Anderson as well as her beloved grandchildren, William (Nicole) and Reamonn (Catia) McGuire, Charles (Daniela) DePaolo, Allison (Robert) Cardoso, Noah, Ryan (Hannah) and Logan Jones, Lindsay and Andrew Anderson, Derek and Joseph Consula, great-grandchildren Wesley, Kellen and Viviane McGuire, Ethan and Ava McGuire and niece Susan Stell, nephews Jeffrey Joyce and William Mangieri.

Patsy is predeceased by the love of her life Raymond J. Tourigny, her mother Ernestine Williams, Sister Carol Mangieri, daughter Carol Ann McGuire and son Joseph Consula.  

Visitation will be on Thursday November 13, 2025 from 9:00 – 11:00 am with services to follow at 11:00. Interment will follow in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
