Noboru Sato, a longtime Tarrytown resident, died July 31 2020. He was 96.

Mr. Sato was born in Japan on March 4, 1924. He owned his own business named Azuma in New York City. He is survived by his wife Kikue of Tarrytown as well as his three sons: Koji, Kenji, and Jun.
