Melania Vasquez Mercedes

Melania Vasquez Mercedes, 64 of Sleepy Hollow died January 5, 2021 after a battle with Covid-19.

Born in the Dominican Republic on January 1, 1957, she was the daughter of Manuel Vasquez and Altagracia Mercedes. After coming to the United States, she settled in Sleepy Hollow with her family.

She is survived by her daughters Mariel A. Trinidad and Elena I. Trinidad as well as 5 grandchildren. She is also survived by her extended family and many friends.

There will be a graveside service at Kensico Cemetery on Friday January 8, 2021 at 11:30 AM.
