Mark Semsel

Mark Semsel, a resident of Tarrytown died suddenly on May 23, 2023. He was 62 years old. Born in Stamford, CT on September 26, 1960, he was the son of Andrew Milo and Irene (Kauer) Semsel. When Mark and his younger brother James were young boys the family relocated to Branchburg, NJ where he was raised.

Mark had a long career in Software Development and was currently a Senior Software Engineer with Discovery/Time Warner.  Mark was also an accomplished musician who was a wonderful piano and keyboard player. His passion was classical music.

Mark is survived by Cynthia, his wife of 22 years, his brother James and his brother-in-law Brian Goudas. Also surviving are his niece Abigail Semsel and his nephews Andrew Semsel, Shane Goudas and Colin Goudas.

Visitation will be on Saturday morning from 10:00-11:00 at the New Hope Fellowship at the Reformed Church 42 North Broadway Tarrytown, NY where services will begin at 11:00. Interment will follow in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
