Karen L. LaLicata, a longtime resident of Elmsford died February 29, 2020 after a long illness. Karen was born in White Plains on July 14, 1962. She was the daughter of John G. and Christa Neudert Tulkin. Karen was a strong, kind and loving person who will be missed by her beloved husband Richard, her dear mother Christa and her loving sisters Donna Godoy and Kim Nigro and their families.
