Jose Priegue, born April 24, 1945 in Outes, La Coruña, Spain. He came to the US in 1970 in pursuit of the American Dream. A few years later, on a trip back home, he met his wife to be. They married at St. Teresa’s Church in Sleepy Hollow and made their home in Tarrytown. He was a hardworking man, always ready to lend a helping hand with a smile. He loved his life and enjoyed his retirement, spending summers with his family in Spain. He died peacefully in his sleep on October 6, 2025.

He is survived by his wife, Maria, daughter, Isabel, brother, Ventura, mother-in-law, Sinda, sisters and brothers in law, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be at Coffey Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4PM to 8PM. His Funeral Mass will be on Thursday at 10:00 at St. Teresa of Avila Church.
