It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of James M. Keely on May 5, 2025 at the age of 87. Jim was the beloved husband of Ann Marie for 62 years and a loving father to Cynthia (Ron Pareti). He is also survived by his sister Missy Bell and was predeceased in passing by his sister Linda Blankenship.
A graduate of Suffield Academy and Nichols College, he focused his career in sales.
Jim was gifted with a great sense of humor and a friendly, kind and caring personality that drew people to him. He maintained friendships with childhood classmates for over 70 years. He was a nature enthusiast, enjoyed gardening, barbecuing, walks at Pierson and Rockwood Hall State Parks and supporting the Boston Red Sox. Jim was also an avid collector of books, stamps and coins.
Jim will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
