Ernesto Torres

Ernesto Torres, a longtime Sleepy Hollow resident died March 28, 2021 at the age of 79. Ernest was born in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico on November 6, 1941 and was the son of Isidoro and Maria Flores Torres.

He had a long career with Post Automotive in Tarrytown where his main job was delivering auto parts to various service stations.

He is survived by his children Yvonne, Danny, Ernesto, Maria, Ernesto and Stacey as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters Carmen, Gloria and Ana.

Due to the pandemic, services will be for the immediate family only.

Ernesto will be buried in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Newburgh with his wife Myrta who predeceased him in 2010.
