Eleanor G. (LeVache) Bourque Obituary

Eleanor G. Bourque, (nee LeVache) died peacefully on January 27, 2025. Eleanor was born June 19, 1926 in New York City to Kathlene Qualey and Nello LeVache. She had a brother William and sister Kathleen who are both deceased. Eleanor married C. Frederick Bourque on January 27, 1951 Mount Vernon, NY, Eleanor and Fred had three sons Frederick, Patrick and William and resided in New Rochelle, NY while the children were growing up. They moved to Crestwood and later she moved to Hartsdale after her husband passed away in 2004. Eleanor is survived by her son Frederick and wife Judy, grandson Brian and wife Lindy and great-grandchild Hallie; grandson Christopher; son Patrick and son William, wife Carolyn and grandchildren Lauren, Audrey and Matt. She was a devout Catholic and was active in the Rosary Altar Society, was a long time Yankee fan and also enjoyed watching Notre Dame Football.   Eleanor was proud of her Irish heritage and spending time with her grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Thursday, January 30th from 9:00-10:00, Funeral Mass at Transfiguration Church at 10:30 in Tarrytown followed by the burial at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Putnam Valley.
