Clifford T. Morrison

Clifford T. Morrison of Jackson Heights, NY and formerly of Irvington died July 19, 2021 after a lengthy illness. He was 63 years old.

Clifford was born in New York City on July 29, 1957 and was the son of Donald Richard and Angelika Josefa Schulz Morrison.

He was raised in Irvington where he was a parishioner of Immaculate Conception Church and had served as an Altar Boy for many years.  He went on to serve honorably in the United States Navy for 8 years of active and reserve duty.

Clifford was retired from the New York City Department of Correction after working for many years at various locations throughout the city.

He was a very athletic, fun loving man who enjoyed motorcycles, archery, skiing and he was a certified scuba diver.

Clifford is survived by Cecelia Vieitez, his loving partner of more than 30 years. Also surviving are his sons Clifford and Richard, 4 grandchildren, his mother Angelika and his brother Bruce.

Visitation will be at Coffey Funeral Home on Friday from 5PM to 8 PM. His Funeral Mass will be at Immaculate Conception Church in Irvington on Saturday at 9:30 AM followed by interment in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
