Anne Teresa Duffy, a lifelong resident of Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow died on July 2, 2023 at the age of 102. She was born on July 30, 1920 to Kieran and Margaret Callaghan Duffy in Tarrytown, New York. She was educated in St. Teresa’s School and she graduated in 1938 from Washington Irving High School. She worked as a Secretary for the County Trust Bank in Tarrytown for over 25 years.
She had been a resident of St. Cabrini Nursing Home for the past 18 years.
Anne was predeceased by her parents, her brother Kieran Duffy, Jr., and her sisters Mary Duffy Russo and Elizabeth Duffy Snyder. She is survived by her niece Peggy Russo Kraft and many other nieces and nephews.
Anne’s Funeral Mass will be at Transfiguration Church on Thursday at 10:30 followed by interment in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
