Ann R. (Borstelmann) Miele

Ann R. Miele, a longtime Tarrytown resident died July 9, 2021 at the age of 89. Born in the Bronx on October 19, 1931, Ann was the daughter of Frederick and Frances Leonard Borstelmann.

She was a parishioner of Transfiguration Church.

Ann was married to Joseph Miele who predeceased her in 2016. She is survived by her children Carole (Bob) Schulze, Marie Miele, Joseph (Carol) Miele, Virginia Miele (Bruce Carlino) and Michael (Kara) Miele. She was also a loving grandmother of 13 and great grandmother of 11. She is also survived by her brother Rev. James Borstelmann and her sister Jean Talbot as well as numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends. In addition to her husband Joseph she was predeceased by her brothers Richard and Robert.

Visitation will be on Thursday from 3PM to 7PM at Coffey Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 AM on Friday at Transfiguration Church. In lieu of flowers, donations to Shriners Hospitals for Children www.lovetothe rerscue.org would be appreciated.
