Ann Buerle, a longtime Tarrytown resident died March 10, 2021 at the age of 87. Ann was one of 12 children born to Gaetano and Giovanna Daversa Spiridigliozzi. She was born in Mount Vernon on June 24, 1933.
Ann was married to Walter Buerle who predeceased her in 1999.
She was a devoted parishioner of Transfiguration Church in Tarrytown. She was a loving mother and grandmother and was very involved in her grandchildren’s lives. She also loved to travel, especially on cruises.
Ann is survived by her children Annmarie Passantino and Walter Buerle, her 5 grandchildren and one great grandchild. She is also survived by her siblings Carmine, Joseph and Yolanda. In addition to her husband she was predeceased by 8 siblings.
Her Funeral Mass is Friday March 12, 2021 at 10:30 at Transfiguration Church followed by interment in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
