Josephine Moore

Josephine Moore, a lifelong area resident died at home in Sleepy Hollow on August 4, 2017 at the age of 73. Josephine was born in East Irvington on May 14, 1944 and was the daughter of Nicholas J. and Emma Soderman Pace.

She had worked for the Village of North Tarrytown as a crossing guard and later worked for the Village of Tarrytown in Parking Enforcement. She retired from that position several years ago.

Josephine is survived by her son Richard and her daughter Lisa both of Sleepy Hollow. She is also survived by her sister Theresa Collins of Surprise, AZ and several nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews and great grand nieces and great grand nephews. Josephine was predeceased by her older brother Lawrence Pace.

Visitation will be at Coffey Funeral Home on Monday from 4PM to 8PM. Her Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday at 10:00 at Immaculate Conception Church with interment to follow in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
