Joan E. (Fitzgerald) Ulacco

Joan E. Ulacco a former longtime Tarrytown resident died April 26, 2017 in Fishkill where she had been living in recent years. She was 84. Joan was born on April 17, 1933 in Hastings and was the daughter of George and Ruth Cropsey Fitzgerald.

Joan had been a secretary for Bayer Corporation in Tarrytown for many years. She was a parishioner of Transfiguration Church.

Joan will be remembered as being a loving and devoted mother to her children Michael (Dora Kyriakidis), William (Christina Blanco), Lori Ann (Ricky) Obregon and Maryann (Lenny) Losier. She was also a loving grandmother to Mikey and Paulie Ulacco, Dan, Patrick and Mitchel Ulacco, Nicole, Sarah and Katie Obregon and Ron and Gary Losier. Joan was predeceased by her children Joanne and Daniel and her brothers George Fitzgerald, Jr. and Robert Fitzgerald.

Visitation will be at Coffey Funeral Home on Friday (today) from 3PM to 7 PM. Her Funeral Mass will be at Transfiguration Church Saturday at10:30 with interment to follow in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
