Emily (Surovich) Pollack

Emily Pollack (Surovich), a longtime resident of Tarrytown died March 12, 2019 at the age of 92. She was born on August 10, 1926 in Guttenberg, New Jersey. She married Anthony Pollack in 1947 and lived in Tarrytown for 70 years. She worked for the Tarrytown School District and was an active member of the Tarrytown Seniors and Ladies National Sokol Lodge in North Tarrytown. For the past year and a half, she resided with her family in Lighthouse Point, Florida.

She is survived by her daughter, Nancy McBride and her husband Gary, grandchildren: Jennifer, Ryan, Corey, Tracy and four great grandchildren; daughters-in-law, Clarice Pollack, Jayne Higo; sister: Catherine Dabulis. She was predeceased by her husband Tony and her sons Rick and Tom.

Visitation will be at Coffey Funeral Home on Monday from 5PM to 8PM. Her Funeral will be on Tuesday at 10:00AM at Coffey Funeral Home with interment to follow in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
