Dolores (Dolly) Siebrecht of North Salem and formerly of Tarrytown died January 15, 2010. Born in Tarrytown on March 26, 1931, she was the daughter of Martin and Charlotte Parnell Schaffner. In 1950, she married Irving Siebrecht in the Second Reformed Church.
Dolly will be remembered for working side by side with her loving husband Irv in Alma Snape Flowers which they owned and operated in Tarrytown for 41 years.
She is survived by her sons Robert (Delora) of Savoy, IL and Irving (Alison) of North Salem; her grandchildren Stephen and Melissa Siebrecht and her step-grandchildren Jack and Anne Murphy. She is also survived by her brother Martin Schaffner of Tarrytown.
Visitation will be at COFFEY FUNERAL HOME on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM where Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 11:30. Interment will follow in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
