Rachela (Molinaro) Conforti

Rachela Conforti passed away on August 21, 2017 at the age of 90. She was born in Italy on September 16, 1926 and was the daughter of Giachino and Annunziata Cairo Molinaro.

Rachela was married to Carmine Conforti and they were longtime residents of the Arthur Avenue section of the Bronx. Carmine predeceased her in 1978. Later she lived in Carmel with her son Tony and his family and most recently she was in a retirement community in New Rochelle.

She is survived by her loving son Anthony and his wife Patty of Sleepy Hollow as well as her beloved grandchildren Kristin and Christopher. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by 4 brothers.

Visitation will be at Coffey Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5PM to 8PM. Her Funeral Mass will be on Thursday at 10:00 at Immaculate Conception Church 199 North Broadway Sleepy Hollow, NY 10591. Interment will follow in St. Raymond’s Cemetery, Bronx, NY
