Fawzy G. Sherif

Fawzy G. Sherif of Stony Point died May 23, 2017 at the age of 87. Mr. Sharif was born in Egypt on September 18, 1929 to Gamal and Ehsaan Mamlook Sharif. In 1957, he came to the United States.

He had a long career as a research scientist with Akzo Chemicals in Dobbs Ferry, NY

Mr. Sharif is survived by his wife Amal Sharif; his children Katherine Sharif, Aubrey Sherif and Gamal Sherif and his step-sons Tarek and Khaled Hatab. Also surviving are 7 grandchildren as well as his 2 sisters and his brother in Egypt.

Burial Services at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery were held on May 24, 2017.
