Anne S. (Serina) Brown

Anne Serina Brown of Tarrytown died May 11, 2016 at the age of 91. She was born on February 2, 1925 in Lansford, PA to Anna and Stephen Peller Serina. She lived in the Pennybridge section of Tarrytown most of her life. She graduated from Irvington High School in 1942 and she married Robert Ray Brown in Holy Cross Church on October 31, 1943.

Anne was an organizer, charter member and president of the Ladies Auxiliary of Riverside Hose Company #4 which was formed in 1949. She was a member of the Westchester Real Estate Board and was well known in Real Estate in this area. She had been an associate with the Von Holzhausen Associates until she retired.

She is survived by her sons Kim and Richard J. (Lisa) as well as her grandsons Christopher and Stephen.  She was predeceased by her husband Robert in 2006 and her son Robert as well as her brothers Stephen and Ignatius Serina.
